A delightful little house on the edge of the forest

INTRODUCTION

Two apartment buildings will be built at the Hunditubaka tee, with five three- or four-room apartments in each house. All apartments are with a layout across the house and with a lot of light. High ceilings (2.8 m) add a desirable feeling of spaciousness to the rooms. Four-room apartments are located on two levels with a terrace opening onto the garden on the first floor. Three-room apartments have a separate utility room for a washing machine and dryer.

The spacious yard around the buildings can accommodate sheds, car parking spaces and playgrounds. If you like modern architecture yet would love to live in a small house by the forest in a historic garden city, then Hunditubaka tee is ideal for you!

HISTORY / LOCATION

Pirita-Kose garden city was created in the last quarter of the 19th century. Uus-Kose was founded just before the First World War and was created at the initiative of many well-known figures in Estonian society. In 1912 a 10-hectare plot was separated from Väo Manor and leased to the interested parties. Following this an association of land-seekers was formed, which also included Konstantin Päts – the head of state and the first president of Estonia.

Pirita-Kose has since developed into a residential area, which is preserved and has primarily been developed as a family and small residential area.

The settlement includes part of the landscape protection area of the Pirita River Valley together with the green areas and the ruins and park of the former Kose Summer Manor. This is also where the Tallinn Konstantin Päts Open Air School, Kose Leisure Centre and Pirita-Kose Kindergarten are located.

The new apartment buildings are located in a quiet and private Pirita-Kose suburb in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Pirita River Valley Nature Reserve. Pirita-Kose is primarily known as an area of private houses and is one of the most sought-after residential locations in Tallinn. Its diverse landscapes, beautiful forests, scenic green areas and quiet cross-streets make it an ideal living environment. The area has excellent sports facilities and provides the opportunity for relaxing strolls in the natural environment all year round.

Everything you need is close to hand. The connection to the city centre is fast and convenient. Schools, kindergartens, shops, and everything necessary for everyday life can be found in the neighbourhood.
