THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

– Data communications, cable television, telephone communications and security communications connection fees

– Notarial fees and state fee for the conclusion of the sales contract

– Storage room

– Parking spot

RESERVATION:

The client will sign a reservation agreement, which will be valid until the conclusion of a contract of sale under the law of obligations. Upon signing the reservation agreement the buyer shall pay an advance of €2000 to confirm their intention to purchase the apartment.

CONTRACT UNDER THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS

A notarised contract of sale under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client specifying all details related to the transaction. The buyer pays 10% of the purchase amount under the contract of sale.

CONTRACT IN REM

Upon completion of the apartment ownership, a notarial contract in rem is entered into, where the buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase amount and the ownership of the apartment is transferred. The contract in rem must be entered into within one month after the final completion of the apartment.
